Shane raced outside to meet Aaron, and fight him.
Aaron put Athena down so he could attack Aaron.
"Are you honestly going to try and fight me?" Aaron asked as he cracked his knuckles.
And so he did, and it was a surprise to both of them when Shane won.
When Marlene heard the yelling and fighting she ran outside and picked up Athena.
"Your lucky I don't call the police on you. If I ever see you again, I will personally drag you to the jail," Shane yelled.
The next morning, Marlene made the bed once she finished cooking breakfast, changing the toddlers, and cleaning the bathroom.
But when she got out to ask Shane if he could feed the toddlers, he was napping on the couch.
"Shane, we need to talk," Marlene said, massaging her neck that was aching from craning over to clean.
Shane yawned as he got up, stretching himself from head to toe slowly, which made Marlene even more angry.
"Good morning, love," He said as he wrapped her in a tight hug.
"Shane, I'm sick of you doing nothing around here. Your job doesn't even support us anymore since the triplets came along. I'm kicking you out until you find a real job and get some responsibility."
Shane nodded silently, and stared sadly at Marlene in disbelief.
And he walked out the door.
Marlene looked at her shoes, hoping he would decide to come back.
So Marlene got a surprise call from City Hall, saying they wanted to give Marlene a reward. She called a babysitter for the girls, and was off . She wasn't quite as happy as she could have been, because her husband wasn't there to support her.
Marlene was honored to have such a reward.
Marlene was shocked and angry to see that Shane had decided to come back, only a few hours later since he left.
He decided to prepare a lobster dish to say he was sorry, but Marlene just stared at it.
Marlene was so distracted, she had forgot about the girls' birthday. They aged up beautifully.

Shane had managed to go to the bank and withdraw all his savings from his parents, get a loan, and redo the house and even add a second story.
"I think we should sneak out," Adeline said to her sisters in there new room the next night.
Shane was busy cooking as the girls Masterminded their plan to escape for the night.
Marlene liked that Shane would cook three course meals for her.
So around midnight while the parents where sitting on the couch enjoying each others company, the girls put their plan into action.
Adeline and Astrid raced out silently first.
They were followed by Athena who was nervously lagging behind.
"We did it!" Adeline whispered and clapped at the sidewalk across the street.
"Now we can do whatever we want!" Adeline continued.
"Girls, you aren't very quiet, come back inside," Shane hollered into the night.
While Shane lectured the girls, Marlene was feeling quite sick to her stomach.
I...I couldn't be pregnant again....she thought to herself.
But she raced to the bathroom anyway.
And there went her last three servings of key lime pie.
"Hey Shane, you know what would be real funny? If I was pregnant again!" Marlene said, finishing with a fake laugh.
He laughed. This is good. Marlene thought.
"No, but seriously, I think I'm pregnant." Marlene stated.
"Excuse me?"
